  • City & Guilds NVQ Level 2 in Hospitality and Catering
    ENTRY:

    • A keen interest in Catering, Hospitality and Food Service

    • Sufficient relevant work experience for mature learners

    • A minimum of three GCSEs, grade D or above. You can re-sit English or Maths alongside this course if you have a D

    • Successful completion of UCM full time Level 1 Hospitality programme

    GCSE English and Maths are desirable; however, applicants may also be accepted based on strong evidence of motivation and commitment to the hospitality and catering sector. This can include previous part-time work, volunteering, involvement in food or service-related activities, or any other examples that show a genuine desire to progress in this field.
